Why me?
I’ve been a therapist for over 20 years and I still love reflexology. Beyond the Couch was never about escaping the treatment room.
During lockdown, however, I realised just how exposed a one-dimensional business could be. I had built a strong, recurring therapy business, but if I couldn’t treat, I couldn’t earn in the way I always had.
That made me ask a different question: what else could I do with everything I already knew?
Books, planners, products, programmes and communities followed. Some ideas worked, some changed, and some taught me what not to do. But one thing became very clear:
My hands were valuable. But my knowledge was an asset too
